Are you a caring, compassionate individual looking to make a genuine difference in people's lives? We're recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a welcoming supported living community in Danby , supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and physical disabilities .

The Role As a Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs, helping them achieve their goals and enjoy fulfilling lives.

Your responsibilities will include: Providing person-centred support in line with individual care plans.

Encouraging independence while promoting dignity, choice and respect.

Supporting individuals with personal care where required.

Assisting with daily living activities, including meal preparation and household tasks.

Supporting people to access the community, appointments, education and leisure activities.

Building positive, trusting relationships with the people you support.

Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns appropriately.

Working as part of a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care.

What We're Looking For A minimum of 12 months' experience working within a relevant health and social care setting.

Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs or physical disabilities.

A caring, patient and compassionate approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team. xwzovoh

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
