Are you a caring, patient, and enthusiastic person with experience in care or support work, looking for a role where you will genuinely make a difference every single day? Dolphin Homes is recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team at our Supported Living service in Heene, Worthing , supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses and mild learning disabilities.
Two opportunities are available:
1 x Sunday sleep-in shift 10pm to 8am (awake 7am to 8am)
Bank contract flexible shifts to suit your availability

What Will You Be Doing? As a Support Worker at our Worthing service, no two days are the same. You will provide practical, emotional, and personal support to help the individuals we support live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives in their own home.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Providing personal care and supporting daily routines
Supporting individuals with mental health needs with patience and understanding
Assisting with dietary plans and meal preparation
Teaching life skills to promote independence
Supporting individuals within the local Worthing community
Accompanying service users on activities and outings
And the activities are genuinely something special:
Theme parks, Swimming, Horse riding, Cinema, UK and abroad holidays, Arts and crafts, Concerts, Cycling, Baking and much more!

Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for candidates who have some experience working in a care or support setting, particularly with individuals with mental health needs or learning disabilities. You will also need to be:
Compassionate and patient
A good communicator
Reliable and committed
Comfortable working overnight shifts including sleep-in cover
Passionate about supporting individuals with mental health needs and making a positive difference in their lives
