Supported Housing Officer

BDS Recruitment are looking for a Supported Housing Officer to support across Hammersmith within temporary accommodation. This role focuses on tenancy support, property management, and helping vulnerable residents maintain safe and stable accommodation. Key Duties * Support tenants with tenancy management and benefit queries * Complete tenancy sign‑ups and explain rights/responsibilities * Maximise rent collection and follow arrears procedures * Signpost to external support services * General housing management tasks as required Requirements * Experience in housing, supported housing, or tenancy support * Experience with vulnerable adults * Enhanced DBS (must be on Update Service to be considered ) * Full UK driving licence + own vehicle Pay & Hours * £19.75 PAYE / £26.11 Umbrella * Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm * Ongoing temporary role
