Supported Housing Team Leader

Are you an experienced Team Leader who enjoys supporting teams, improving services and helping people achieve positive outcomes? We’re currently looking for a Team Leader to join a well-established residential support service in Abingdon. This is a hands-on management role where you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team, influence how the service operates and play an important part in supporting colleagues through a period of change.Please note: this is a 6 month FTC (subject to further extension or the role becoming permanent).The salary scale is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience).The role You’ll work as part of the management team, taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service and providing leadership to a team of Recovery Workers. You’ll have direct line management responsibility for around 4–5 members of the team, working alongside another Team Leader and reporting into the Service Manager. The service is currently reviewing and developing its ways of working, so this is a particularly interesting time to join. A key part of your role will be helping staff understand and adapt to changes, providing clear leadership and making sure the team remains supported and focused throughout the process.
