Surfacing Team Lead – Highway Maintenance (Night Shifts)

Breedon Group is seeking a hands-on Surfacing Supervisor to lead our West Coast surfacing team across road maintenance projects. You will supervise operations, ensure safety, efficiency and high quality while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The role involves outdoors work, site visits, night shifts, and a strong leadership approach to motivate operatives and deliver on contract specifications.
