What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead Sustainability Delivery – Drive sustainability performance across multiple high-profile construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Champion Carbon Reduction – Manage carbon strategies, whole-life carbon assessments and identify innovative opportunities to reduce environmental impact.
- Deliver Industry Certifications – Lead the successful delivery of BREEAM, WELL, LEED and other sustainability certification requirements.
- Influence & Collaborate – Work closely with clients, project teams, supply chain partners and senior stakeholders to embed sustainability into every stage of delivery.
- Drive Innovation – Champion new ideas, continuous improvement and best practice while supporting ambitious Net Zero and ESG objectives.
Who They're Looking For:
- Sustainability Expert – Well-developed technical knowledge across carbon management, sustainability strategy and green building certifications.
- Project Leader – Proven experience managing sustainability initiatives across multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Excellent Communicator – Confident engaging with clients, site teams and senior leadership, translating complex sustainability requirements into practical action.
