Syndicate Financial Controller

HFG are currently working with a leading London market insrur who are looking for a Syndicate Financial Controller to lead their reporting function and take ownership of regulatory reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities for this Syndicate Financial Controller role include: Manage all aspects of the managed syndicate's reporting and accounting Review and recommend for submission all Lloyd's quarterly and annual regulatory returns Effectively manage the quarterly close process and reporting requirements Driving the development of reporting systems and processes capable of meeting the demands of an evolving business area Committee Financial Reports Production of timely, insightful, and strategic financial MI for management and the Board. Manage the external audit timetable and process across all departments that contribute to the audit client schedule list Experience required for this Head of External Reporting role include: Previous Syndicate/Lloyd's reporting experience ACA/CA qualified with 5 years minimum post qualification experience Good verbal and written communication skills Previous experience working an London market insurer TPBN1_UKTJ
