Systems Analyst – Elderly Care | Hybrid working Use technology to make a genuine difference! Stephen James Consulting is partnering with an established elderly care provider to recruit a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the technology that supports care teams across a network of care homes. You’ll play a key role in implementing, improving and maintaining business-critical systems—ensuring they are reliable, efficient and capable of supporting safe, high-quality care. Key Responsibilities System Analysis & Optimisation * Evaluate current care, HR, and administrative systems across all care homes. * Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks in digital workflows. * Gather and document system and user requirements. Project Implementation * Support or lead the roll-out of new systems such as: * Electronic Care Records * Medication management systems * Staff rostering and HR systems * Financial and compliance platforms * Coordinate data migration, system testing, and go-live planning. To be considered for this role of Systems Analyst, you will need: * Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role * Strong understanding of system life-cycle management and data flows * Experience working with healthcare or care management systems * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Why apply?
