We’re partnering with a highly regarded global financial services firm to appoint a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its established in-house recruitment team.

Supporting hiring across EMEA and APAC, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to coordinate recruitment activity across a fast-paced international business. From complex interview scheduling and candidate management through to early careers programmes, assessment centres and recruitment projects, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every process is organised, efficient and delivers an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a busy, highly visible role where priorities move quickly and attention to detail really matters. You’ll be working with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates across multiple regions and time zones, so we’re looking for someone who is proactive, polished and genuinely enjoys being at the centre of a busy Talent Acquisition function.

The Role

• Coordinate recruitment activity across EMEA and APAC, working closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and hiring managers.
• Manage complex interview scheduling across multiple diaries, regions and time zones.
• Own candidate communication throughout the interview process, ensuring a professional and engaging experience from initial contact through to offer.
• Support experienced hire recruitment across a range of business areas and levels.
• Play an active role in graduate, intern and wider early careers recruitment.
• Coordinate assessment centres, campus activity, recruitment events and candidate days.
• Arrange candidate travel and manage associated interview logistics where required.
• Support offer processes, pre-employment screening and onboarding activity.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Produce and maintain recruitment trackers, data and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with Talent Acquisition colleagues, hiring managers, HR teams and external partners.
• Support wider Talent Acquisition projects and contribute ideas around process improvement and candidate experience.

About You

• Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination or an in-house recruitment team.
• Confident coordinating high volumes of interviews and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of changing priorities.
• Comfortable working across multiple diaries and international time zones.
• A confident and professional communicator who enjoys building relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with the judgement to resolve issues rather than simply escalate them.
• Comfortable working at pace within a high-performing corporate environment.
• Experience within financial services or professional services would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Teams.
