Talent Acquisition Lead — 12‑Month Hybrid Role

Mining Remediation Authority is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join the People and Organisational Development team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role will lead day-to-day recruitment, build talent pipelines and support workforce planning across a busy programme of activity.

You will work with managers to shape campaigns, strengthen attraction routes and ensure inclusive, effective selection, with hands-on sourcing and ATS experience. Hybrid working in Mansfield.
