Talent Acquisition Partner: End-to-End, High-Velocity Hiring

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment across a varied portfolio. You will partner with stakeholders to anticipate evolving hiring needs and drive delivery in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with structure and clarity.

This hands-on role requires proactive sourcing, market mapping and networking to identify hard-to-fill roles. You will use data and metrics to prioritise, manage multiple requisitions, and align hiring priorities with
