Talent Acquisition Partner — Engineering & Leadership (Onsite)

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Peterborough to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across engineering, manufacturing, technology and leadership roles.

You will build strong partnerships with stakeholders, deliver proactive and data-driven talent solutions, and guide hiring decisions throughout the process. You will collaborate with leaders across divisions to understand workforce needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate
