  • Confidence using an applicant tracking system and digital recruitment tools, with good attention to detail and a practical approach to improving how recruitment works.
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative style, with the ability to quickly build trust, bring energy and fresh thinking, and leave recruitment in a stronger place than you found it.

About The Role

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead day‑to‑day recruitment activity across the organisation, managing a varied portfolio of live vacancies from approval through to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand what they need, shape campaign plans, advise on attraction routes and keep recruitment activity moving.
