Talent Acquisition Partner

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies
• Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or Recruitment Consultant
• Previous experience recruiting within the energy sector is strongly preferred
• Background in RPO, agency recruitment, or a fast‑paced in‑house recruitment environment
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and organization
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proactive, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic recruitment environment
