Talent Analytics Analyst - Data-Driven People Partner

Data Intellect is seeking a motivated Talent Analyst to join the Belfast People team. You will support end-to-end recruitment, build and maintain talent pipelines, and analyse recruitment data to inform strategy and improve processes.
