Talent & People Coordinator

Macmillan Davies is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organisation to recruit aTalent & People Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised HR professional to support recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement and the wider employee lifecycle within a busy People team.
Main duties include:
- Coordinate the full recruitment and onboarding process, including offers, contracts and Right to Work checks.
- Support learning and development by maintaining training records, organising training and coordinating apprenticeship programmes.
- Manage HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Create internal communications and support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Provide HR administrative support
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or Recruitment role.
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and learning & development.
- Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach.
