Tax Advisory Manager - Corporate & Transactional Specialist

Austin Rose Associates Limited is seeking a Tax Advisory Manager for a Top 50 firm with a London footprint and coverage across East Anglia, the Midlands and the South East. This is a pure advisory role with autonomy to shape your own focus within corporate and transaction tax.

You will deliver bespoke restructuring, due diligence, and transaction structuring advice alongside regional Directors and Partners, including property tax planning and capital allowances, in a collaborative, modern
