A major international law is looking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to its established London Corporate Tax practice.

The team advises multinational corporates, financial institutions, investment managers and private capital clients across complex UK and cross-border matters. Its work spans the tax aspects of M&A, financing and capital market transactions, real estate, investment funds, restructurings and joint ventures, alongside transfer pricing, VAT and contentious tax matters.

The practice is particularly well regarded for combining transactional tax expertise with strength across finance, real estate and disputes. Recent mandates have included tax advice on substantial cross-border M&A, acquisition financing and financial asset transactions.

Associates at this level can expect to take ownership of matters and, where appropriate, lead transactions with direct partner supervision. xwzovoh

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years' PQE in Corporate Tax, gained at a leading City of international practice, with strong experience advising on transactional tax matters.
