Teacher of Psychology - A Level Location: Swale, Kent Salary: MPS1-UPS3, dependent on experience - PAYE Contract: Full-time / Temp to Perm Start date: September 2026 Are you an enthusiastic and committed Psychology Teacher looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking inspiring teachers of Psychology up to A Level to make a real difference to students' academic progress and personal development across schools in the Swale area. These are exciting opportunities for passionate teachers to contribute to thriving Psychology departments and help students develop a genuine interest in the subject. The role As a Teacher of Psychology, you will: Teach Psychology across the ability range, including A Level. Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and well-structured lessons. Inspire students to develop a deeper understanding of psychological theory, research and its real-world applications. Monitor and assess student progress, providing effective feedback to support achievement. Contribute to curriculum development and the wider life of the school. Foster a positive, inclusive and ambitious learning environment. We are looking for someone who: Has QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification. Has experience teaching Psychology, ideally including A Level. Has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for Psychology. Is committed to achieving high standards for every student. Can create engaging lessons that encourage curiosity, critical thinking and independent learning. Is an effective communicator and collaborative colleague.
