The Role As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide high-quality classroom support to teachers and pupils across a range of year groups. Deliver targeted interventions and provide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential. Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence in their learning. Support children with a variety of additional needs, including SEND, where required. Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
