Teaching Assistant – September 2026 Start Bethnal Green E2 9DA £90 – £100 per day Full-Time | Long-Term Education Matters is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Victoria Park from September 2026. The Role as a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning. Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment. Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and social development. Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources. Promote high standards of behaviour and safeguarding. The Ideal Candidate To be considered, you will have: Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar setting (desirable but not essential). A positive, patient, and caring approach. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for supporting children's education.
