What You Will Do Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects. Work with individual students and small groups to help them achieve learning objectives. Assist students with additional learning, behavioural, or social needs. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom. Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources. Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. About You You have experience working with children or young people in an educational, coaching, mentoring, or support capacity. You are patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping students succeed. You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. You can build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. You are adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Previous experience in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential.
