Who We're looking For: Recent graduates considering a career in education Experienced Teaching Assistants seeking a fresh challenge While previous experience with children is desirable, it is not essential. Relevant experience could include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, nursery work, childcare, or similar roles in a classroom setting. Experience in supporting children with ASD, behavioural issues, and learning difficulties is a valuable asset.
