Teaching Assistant Location - Liverpool, L9 Type of work - Temporary, long term Start date - September 2026 Days - Full time Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30 pmResponsibilities: Assisting with lessons: Helping sort materials, setting up equipment, and supporting students during lessons. Behaviour management: Foster a positive learning environment with good behaviour management. Providing emotional support: Offering guidance and support to students who may be dealing with personal issues or stress. Monitoring well-being: Keeping an eye on students' overall well-being and reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff members. Safeguarding: Ensuring the safeguarding procedure is followed when required Collaboration: Work closely with teachers to ensure lessons run smoothly and students thrive academically and socially.Requirements: Teaching Assistant qualification or higher/equivalent (Desirable) Previous experience working with young people.To be eligible: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application.
