The Role
Support small groups of Post-16 learners in vocational subjects
Encourage engagement, progress and positive learning habits
Work closely with tutors and the wider team
Monday to Friday, 8:30?am??3:30?pm
Long-term, secure position in Derby (DE24)

Ideal Candidate
Experience or awareness of Secondary or Post-16 or SEND/SEMH support
Calm, patient and encouraging approach
Reliable and committed to long-term work
