Level 3 Teaching Assistant - September 2026 Location: Macclesfield, Congleton , Sandbach, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Northwich, Knutsford Contract type: Full-time and part-time temporary contracts from September 2026 Salary: £92.56 - £110.00 per day (dependent on experience) About the role: We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join our Cheshire primary schools from September. Our clients offer placements in a variety of classes with daily supply, short-term and long-term opportunities often available. Key responsibilities: Support the class teacher with daily teaching and learning activities Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment Contribute to planning and assessment under the guidance of the teacher Support behaviour management strategies in line with school policy Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staffRequirements: Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or above) - essential Recent experience working in a primary school setting - EYFS or KS1 preference Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum Ability to engage and motivate learners Committed, flexible and proactive with excellent communication skills A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)How to apply If you are an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity to make a meaningful difference, Liv would love to hear from you.
