The Role Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning and development. Help create a positive, safe and stimulating classroom environment. Provide additional support for pupils with SEND where required. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents. Be flexible and adaptable to work across different year groups and school settings. What We're Looking For Previous experience working in a UK primary school is desirable.
