Teaching Assistant

Teaching Assistant - Southampton Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools across the Southampton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys helping young people develop confidence, achieve their potential, and engage positively with learning. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will provide classroom support and assist pupils who may benefit from additional guidance during lessons. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or through small‑group activities, depending on the needs of the school. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience within education while making a real difference to pupils' progress and development.
