Teaching Assistant

The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with a number of Secondary schools and trusts across the Sefton and Southport area, to recruit Teaching Assistants on a supply basis. This could include day to day cover, shorter term, longer term and even potential permanent opportunties. This is an excellent opportunity for flexible work within supportive multi-academy trusts, helping pupils achieve their full potential. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: · Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups · Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management · Provide additional support for pupils with SEND where required · Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment Experience: · Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting · Experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, ADHD, SEMH) is desirable but not essential · Newly qualified or aspiring Teaching Assistants are encouraged to apply Qualifications: · Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential · GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above preferred · Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through The Supply Register) What We Offer: · Flexible supply work to fit around your availability · Opportunities across multiple schools within multiple trusts · Competitive daily pay rates · Ongoing support from a dedicated partnership team · Access to training and CPD opportunities How to Apply: Apply today through The Supply Register to join our supply pool and support schools across Southport and Sefton
