From autism to ADHD, communication disorders to complex learning needs-you'll be the steady presence that makes learning possible. Be their champion -supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups, building confidence and core skills. ? Embrace every challenge -from sensory sensitivities to speech delays, you'll meet each child where they are and take them further. Qualified or experienced -Level 3 TA or equivalent experience in education, childcare, or health settings. ?? SEN-savvy -you've supported children with additional needs and know how to adapt, connect, and inspire. ?? Calm under pressure -patient, flexible, and solution-focused when things get tricky. ?? DBS-ready -Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or happy to get one fast. ?? 92.56-£110 per day (holiday included)-with higher rates for extra experience or qualifications. ?? Paid weekly -term-time only, temporary Monday-Friday. ?? Free CPD -sensory processing, positive handling, autism-friendly practice and more. ??
