Destination Education is proud to be expanding its partnerships with a growing number of primary schools across Wellingborough and the surrounding areas.
As demand for specialist classroom support continues to grow, we're looking for compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic.SEN Teaching Assistants (LSAs) to support children with a range of additional needs across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Whether you're an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant, a Learning Support Assistant, or someone with transferable experience working with children or young people, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
Working within supportive and inclusive primary schools, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Help pupils access learning both inside and outside the classroom.
- Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence and personal development.
- Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support.
