Teaching Assistant

The Youth Education Service work in partnership with an SEN school in Wirral who are looking to recruit multiple support assistants across their sites. As The School continues to grow we are adding to a team which has high expectations and sets high standards for both pupils and colleagues. We are looking to recruit qualified and/or experienced Teaching Assistants across Key Stages 2, 3 & 4 to support the provision and expanding team along with increased pupil numbers. Your knowledge, skills and experience are important, but so will be your emotional intelligence and resilience. You will be empathetic and compassionate but have the ability to set clear boundaries and expectations. Expectations are high, challenges you have never faced before will come from all directions and the responsibility will be on you to meet them in line with the vision of school.
