As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the wider staff team to provide high-quality support both in and out of the classroom. You will help to deliver an engaging curriculum, encourage pupils' confidence and independence, and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum. Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning and improve attainment. Assist with planning and preparing classroom resources and learning activities. Provide additional support for pupils with a range of learning needs, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
