Team Facilitator: Lead Care Teams Across Argyll & Bute

Enable is seeking a proactive Team Facilitator to lead and develop a team of Personal Assistants across Argyle and Bute. You will collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure safe, person-centred support and strong service outcomes.

You will travel between service locations, participate in on-call duties, and support staff wellbeing and development while maintaining high professional standards.
