Team Leader – Children’s Residential EBD Locations: Greenford, West London (UB6) and other London services Hours: Full-time, permanent Service: Children’s residential care – Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties We are recruiting experienced Team Leaders to join established children’s residential services supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or existing Team Leader who is confident leading shifts, supporting colleagues and maintaining consistently high standards of care and safeguarding. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, helping to provide a safe, structured and nurturing home in which young people can make meaningful progress. The role As Team Leader, you will: * Lead shifts and provide clear direction to the residential care team * Support young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs * Promote a consistent, trauma-informed and child-centred approach * Manage challenging situations calmly and safely * Maintain strong safeguarding practice * Support care planning, risk assessments and behaviour-support plans * Complete accurate daily records, incident reports and handovers * Support staff supervision, induction and development * Ensure routines, boundaries and agreed placement plans are foll...
