As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of your area, leading a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You’ll be responsible for managing your section efficiently—whether that’s replenishment, checkouts, grocery, or fresh food—making sure shelves are stocked, standards are high, and customers are happy.
