Shaftesbury Lisburn is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the Independent Living service and support staff and people in care. The role includes covering sleep-in sessions and contributing to the on‑call rota, with additional payments for those duties.
The successful candidate will bring an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care (or be willing to work towards it) and have experience in adult or children’s care or education settings.
