As a Maintenance Team Leader , you'll work with a range of machinery including: This role places a strong emphasis on both electrical and mechanicalmaintenance and repair. As a Maintenance Team Leader You'll need to be confident working with hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, chains, sensors, and control panels etc. Experience fault finding via PLC is also needed. To succeed in this role as a Maintenance Team Leader , you'll need: A strong background in maintenance within manufacturing environments Experience working on both mechanical and electrical components whilst abiding to H&S regulations Confidence with strip-downs, rebuilds, and reactive maintenance An NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in engineering (ex-Forces welcome) A true leader within maintenance in a manufacturing environment This is an ideal role for a Maintenance Team Leader who wants to develop their career in a stable, well-backed facility.
