Location: Sunbury, SurreySalary: £42,000-£50,000 DOE plus benefits packageSummary:Working Monday to Friday days.We are looking for a driven and hands-on Team Manager/Operation Manager to lead a 3PL operation within a fast-paced, multi-user FMCG site.

You will be client facing in this role.

This role reports directly to the Site Manager.

This role spans ambient, chilled, and frozen environments, requiring someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and can adapt quickly while maintaining high standards of performance and safety.

You'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team, ensuring operational efficiency while delivering outstanding service to multiple clients.
