Technical Building Planning Coordinator

As our Senior Technical Coordinator, you will coordinate key information, engineering and working drawing packages to enable any given residential development to be built as intended and to obtain all necessary technical approvals. Excellent organisation and time management with ability to multi task. Able to work under pressure, and accept criticism of work Be able to work effectively in a team Good level of communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with internal staff and external bodies Be practical and methodical with good analytical skills Embrace the company's core values Willing to work extra to meet deadlines as and when the business needs require it Desirable Member of a professional body such as: ICE, CIAT, CIOB, RIBA, ARB Principal Designer and associated Health and Safety training/ qualifications. CSCS card qualification Use of Viewpoint drawing management system. Proficient use of Auto Cad. Management of technical fees and services cost to complete More about the Senior Technical Coordinator role Comply with the company Life of Site processes. Liaise with consultants and attend meetings to progress all relevant Technical matters Assist Commercial and Buying teams in review and approval of subcontractor design information. Maintain and manage all current drawings/documents/information for all new build contracts on the Viewpoint Platform. Undertake monthly construction quality reports. Provide a technical service to the construction team during the construction stage. Completion of all necessary Health, Safety & Environmental documents, inline with group policy. Obtain street naming and numbering with local authority, complete plot list and distribute internally and externally of the business. Provide information for Housing Association/PRS contracts and attendance of progress meetings. Submission of all information to building control and discharge conditions.
