Technical Director: Lead Tech Strategy & Digital Growth

VPZ, the UK’s leading vape retailer, seeks a hands-on Technical Director to own the technology vision, strategy and roadmap. You will align technology investment with business priorities, working closely with the Executive Team and Board to enable growth, efficiency and competitive advantage.

You’ll lead across retail systems, ecommerce platforms, data analytics, and infrastructure governance, delivering through internal teams and key external partners.
