How You'll Succeed as a Technical Lead Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through the delivery of complex technology solutions
Partner with clients to understand challenges and translate business goals into technical outcomes
Provide technical direction, architecture guidance and engineering oversight
Mentor and develop engineers through coaching, reviews and knowledge sharing
Contribute to recruitment, capability development and internal communities of practice
Support business development activities and help shape winning technical solutions
Drive engineering excellence, innovation and continuous improvement across delivery teams
Guide teams through complex technical decisions and architectural trade-offs
What You'll Bring to This Technical Lead Position Strong software engineering background with hands-on delivery experience
Experience leading technical teams within Agile environments
Expertise in designing scalable, cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure or GCP
Strong knowledge of software architecture, engineering best practices and secure development
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, .NET or similar technologies
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices
Knowledge of observability, monitoring and operational excellence principles xwzovoh
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience mentoring and developing engineers at different stages of their careers
Additional Experience That's Highly Valued in a Technical Lead Experience with event-driven architectures and modern cloud-native platforms
Strong understanding of TDD, automated testing and engineering quality practices
Experience optimising performance, scalability and reliability within enterprise systems
Background working alongside DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering teams
Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning
