Technical Service Manager (Coffee Machines / White Goods) £55,000 - £65,000 + 6k Car Allowance + 6.5k Bonus + Company Benefits Enfield Are you a Service Manager from a coffee machines/white goods or similar background, looking to join a rapidly expanding company, offering a fully autonomous role, where you can take the reins and grow your own team of Engineers? In this role, you will be part of the senior leadership team, taking full ownership of the entire technical division, responsible for KPI management, engineer oversight, CRM updates, and technical documentation alike. As the business grows, you will build a team of engineers, service advisors, PDI technicians and more, playing an active role in shaping the wider business, strategy and its future growth.
