Technical Manager – Residential Groundworks Nottinghamshire & Lincolnshire CAREER OPPORTUNITY – YEARLY SALARY UP TO £90,000 P.A, NOTTINGHAMSHIRE & LINCOLNSHIRE BASED, SENIOR SITE ENGINEER / TECHNICAL MANAGER ROLE, RESIDENTIAL GROUNDWORKS CONTRACTOR, PERMANENT ROLE. If you are a Senior Site Engineer / Technical Manager, this one is for you! This Technical Manager opportunity is with a Residential Groundworks and Civil Engineering company. With 70 years in operation and a £60m turnover, this established Residential Groundworks company is looking to expand its operational team with the inclusion of a Technical Manager to oversee Site Engineers. There is also an excellent opportunity for career progression into more senior roles. Projects range from £10m–£40m in value and include working in tandem with main contractors on civil engineering and groundworks packages for major housebuilders. As such, candidates will ideally come from a Residential Groundworks background and have experience delivering similar schemes. Overview: * Ensuring technically compliant and economic design solutions are developed at the design stage * Schedules, prioritises and reviews own work * Analytical thinking and decision making * Ability to select economic solutions at tender stage * Understanding of time and the implications of decisions Education: * Qualified to a minimum of HNC/HND through completion of a technical apprenticeship, or degree * Chartered Engineer would be desirable but not essential On Offer: * Up to £90,000 basic salary (DOE) * Car allowance * Healthcare * Pension * Career progression opportunities
