Technical Project Manager: Delivery & Governance

Barclays is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager in Glasgow for a 6-month PAYE contract. You will quickly establish delivery structures, governance, and accountability across multiple teams, guiding complex technology and business change initiatives within a financial services environment.

You should bring a strong technical PM background, with experience in Agile/hybrid delivery and managing dependencies, risks, and executive reporting across Business, Product, Technology, and Operations.
