We’re looking for someone with BMS or HVAC experience to join a young, friendly and collaborative team. This is a varied role combining technical estimating, quotations, customer requirements and site visits, giving you the opportunity to understand projects properly rather than simply working from a desk.

The Role

• Manage your own workload from enquiry through to quotation
• Prepare accurate technical quotations and job documentation
• Review specifications and customer requirements
• Liaise with customers and support the sales team
• Carry out site visits to assess projects
• Work closely with engineers and internal teams
• Use your technical knowledge to develop practical solutions

About You

• Experience within BMS, HVAC or a related building services environment
• Technically minded with strong attention to detail
• Experience with quotations, estimating or technical sales
• Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
• Able to work independently and take ownership
