Technical Sales & Solution Delivery

As Technical Sales & Solution Delivery, you will work on the following:

Software Systems Oversight

• Oversee planning, development, and deployment of softwaresystems within assigned business units or solution domains
• Ensure solutions alignwithorganisationalstandards, architecture frameworks, and long-termtechnology strategy
• Coordinate resources across teams to support successfulimplementation
• Support decisions on technologyselection, systemenhancements, and solution adoption

Technical Pre-Sales and Solution Design

• Oversee the developmentofProof-of-Concept(PoC)solutions and providetechnicalexpertiseon the development of software and platformfeatures.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert during presalesengagements —participatingin client workshops, RFP responses, andtechnical deep dives.
• Translate functional requirements into high-levelarchitecture blueprints and detailed solution designs.
• Evaluate client infrastructure, integration requirements,and security policies to define deployment and scaling strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Delivery teamsto shape proposals and ensure solution feasibility for the clients adhering totheir infrastructure and capacity needs.

Quality and Performance Governance

• Monitor the performance, reliability, and effectiveness ofimplemented software solutions across projects
• Review delivery outcomes to ensure alignment withbusinessobjectivesand technical requirements
• Identifyrisks, issues, and improvement opportunitiesacross implementations
• Ensure adherence to organisational quality standards andbest practices
• Own the design of high-availability and distributedsystems
• Define reference architectures, design patterns, andguidelines for microservices, API design, and inter-system communication.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure system scalability.

Implementation & Delivery

• Collaborate withengineering(product teams) andDevOps(Application Managers) teams during implementation toensuretimelydelivery meeting the agreed design and targetarchitecture.
• Contribute to design and implementation of the IntegrationLayer for Wealth Platform, Improvements in core system components andproof-of-concept development whenrequired.
• Providetechnical guidance and support to developersand solution engineers in the implementation/Cockpit team — contributing todesign discussions,assistingwith complex debugging, and supportingdelivery quality
• Participate in UATs, performance testing, and go-liveplanning

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners,balancing businessobjectivesand technical constraints.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders — ProductManagement, Engineering, and Delivery — to align client requirements withroadmap capabilities.
• Represent the technical team in client demos, designdiscussions, and executive reviews.
