Are you a Technical Sales specialist or similar with experience in BMS, PLCs, SCADA, refrigeration controls or energy systems looking to join a well-established and growing business offering long-term progression, excellent earning potential and the opportunity to become a key part of a specialist technical team?

This role will see the successful candidate supporting the full technical sales process from estimating and pricing projects through to developing customer relationships and securing orders. You will work closely with senior members of the sales and engineering team while progressing towards managing your own customer accounts and sales targets.

This company has been established for nearly 50 years and has earned an excellent reputation through the high-quality service they provide. Their work focuses primarily on BMS and HVAC control systems across sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Retail.

This role would suit a Technical Sales Engineer or an Engineer looking to move into sales from a controls, automation or building services background who is keen to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking business.

The Role:

• 
  
• Prepare estimates and technical quotations for projects

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and technical solutions

Support negotiations and secure new business opportunities

Work closely with internal engineering and project teams

The Person:

• 
  
• Experience in technical sales or a controls/building services environment

Knowledge of BMS, PLCs, SCADA, HVAC controls or similar systems

Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Motivated and eager to progress within technical sales
