The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join a leading facilities management operation in Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong FM professional with an M&E engineering background who is looking to take responsibility for the technical delivery, compliance and performance of a high-quality site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day technical facilities management operation across the site.
• Manage and develop engineering teams and specialist contractors.
• Oversee all planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all M&E services are maintained to a high standard and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Take responsibility for statutory compliance, health & safety and technical assurance.
• Monitor contractor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage the delivery of PPM, reactive maintenance and remedial works.
