Responsibilities
Lead Technical Services across a three-site commercial portfolio.
Manage engineering teams, subcontractors, and compliance.
Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, and lifecycle works.
Build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Previous Technical Services or Hard FM management experience.
Strong M&E and statutory compliance knowledge.
Experience leading engineering teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
